1. We will aim to strive to uphold the highest standards, including rejecting short-term profits, which may jeopardise our reputation, your company, our candidate's interests and the industry as a whole.

3. We will always observe applicable law, regulations and professional conduct standards when carrying out recruitment activities and to interpret and apply them to the best of our ability, according to principles rooted in trust, honesty and integrity.
4. We will act honestly and fairly at all times when dealing with clients, candidates and counterparts and be an ambassador of your values, taking into account the nature of the service to be provided and the individual mandates given.
5. We will manage fairly and effectively, and to the best of our ability, any relevant conflict of interest, including, making any disclosure where disclosure is required by law or regulation or by our own codes of practice.

9. We will not represent candidates if we feel that they are not sincere in their motive of an employment goal.
